Just Kids Dental – FREE preventive dental care is available to students at

Cromwell-Wright Public School (preschool-12th grade) 

 

Just Kids Dental has partnered with your school to make preventive dental care available to children in school.

  •  Children receive care right at school.

  • There is no cost to children or their families.

  • A NEW PERMISSION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT EVERY SCHOOL YEAR before children can participate.

 

FREE preventive dental care is available to all children who:

  • are enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA)

  • have no dental insurance

  • are enrolled in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

  • are enrolled in Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)

  • are enrolled in Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)

  • are enrolled in Head Start

  • receive Educational Benefits

  • are foster, homeless, migrant, or runaway

 

FREE dental services available to your child:

  • Oral hygiene instruction

  • Oral health screening

  • Dental cleaning

  • Fluoride varnish

  • Sealants

  • Silver diamine fluoride

  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss
