Floodwood and Cromwell-Wright School Districts Agree to Share Superintendent Beginning July 2026
Floodwood and Cromwell-Wright School Districts have approved a Purchase of Service Agreement to begin sharing a superintendent effective July 1, 2026.
As part of this agreement, Superintendent Nathan Libbon will begin participating in Floodwood School District’s Facility Improvement Project meetings starting April 1, 2026, to support a smooth transition into his shared leadership role.
Both school boards will continue exploring additional collaborative opportunities that benefit students in both districts, while maintaining each community’s unique identity and strong local traditions.
The Floodwood School District looks forward to welcoming Superintendent Libbon and the depth of knowledge and experience he brings to district leadership.
